I tried to install windows 7 bluetooth driver to install it but the software also cannot run in windows 10 which came with my pc. I had extracted the driver package in C drive. Windows 10 supports this new codec however, it relies on Intel to release drivers for it that users can install. Under services there are three Bluetooth related items all running on automatic. I manually reinstalled the drivers from intels website and it still wont show up. Other PC manufacturer are making driver for their earlier model where as dell did not even provided the driver for windows 8/8.1
